All skin care and sales items are final & cannot be exchanged or returned.
All products are made in small batches to insure quality & freshness. We have a 1 to 4 days processing time and will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is via USPS. Orders placed during a holiday, sale or promotion, has 5 to 7 days processing time and will ship within 6 to 10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your items has shipped.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive an incorrect shipment or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases.
Why is the consistency different from the one I just ordered to the one I already have?
We use natural & organic ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients combined with the given temperature, the consistency and scent may differ.
Where can I get some samples?
Samples are provided through promotions. Every now and then we will provide samples when you purchase something from us but at our discretion.
What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?
We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide details on what ingredients you may have had a reaction to.
