Where is my order?

When you place an order with Bariki Body Care, you'll get a confirmation email (please note this can take up to 1-2 working days so don't panic!) To track the progress of your order please refer to the tracking number you received. *Due to current circumstances deliveries are taking longer to be delivered. The health, safety and our wellbeing is our utmost priority and we have put in place measures to keep us safe.

How do I make changes to my order?

Changes to your order can be made by you at any point whilst placing your order. Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, unfortunately no changes to your order can be made. If you've selected incorrect products, please review our returns procedures.

Can I change my payment details once my order has been submitted?

No, you are not able to change your payment details once your order has been submitted. If you need to cancel your order for any reason.

How can I change my delivery address

Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us to see if we can change the address for you.

Why is my promotional code not working?

If you are having trouble with a promotional code, please check that you have qualified for the code you are trying to use. For example, if particular products are excluded from a promotion (which will be identified in the terms and conditions) they would not be counted towards a required spend. e.g. spend $50 save $xx. Also, you may have to spend a certain amount to qualify for a discount. Please note that shipping costs are not included in any spend requirement for a promotion. If you continue to face issues, please chat to our customer care team using the chat icon in the lower right corner.

Can I use two promotional codes together?

Unfortunately you are not able to use two promotional codes together. Sorry about that - you'll need to decide which promotion code you'd like to use if you have more than 1 to choose from. Full details of our current promotions can be found in our terms and conditions.

Where do I add a promotional code?

The promotional code can be added at the time of purchase by entering in your code into the "Promotion Code" box on the shopping basket page. Your basket contents and value will be recalculated to account for your promotion. The promotional code can only be used for one order. The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash. The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer discount or promotion unless otherwise stated. How do I know my promotion code has been applied to my order?

Once you have entered your promo code on the cart page you will see a confirmation just underneath the promotion box including the details & discounts that have been applied. For more information about our current promotions and offers please visit our terms and conditions page.

How long will it take my products to be delivered?

Due to Covid-19, some deliveries may take longer than the usual times shown below. The health, safety and wellbeing is our utmost priority. Shippig Options: First Class Mail: Place your order by 3pm EST and you'll receive your order within 3-7 business days. This option is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Two Day Shipping: Place your order by 3pm EST and you'll receive your items within 2 business days. Bariki Body Care uses USPS for First Class Mail & 2-day Shipping. Oders are processed and shipped on business days only. (Monday-Friday; excluding federal holidays withing the United States). Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your orders has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information on your confirmation email. Bariki Body Care is not responsible for carrier delivery delays

Can I ship to Mulitple Addsses?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have the option to ship one order to multiple addresses. If you would like your order to reach multiple addresses, the best thing to do is to place separate online orders, amending the shipping address details for each order.

How can I amend my delivery address when checking out via PayPal?

If you decide to checkout on our website using PayPal, please be aware that the address that is used for your delivery will be automatically pulled through from your default address on your PayPal account. When you checkout and select the option to pay via PayPal, you'll be asked to log into your PayPal account. You will need to change the delivery address if you'd like your delivery to go to an alternative address.

Where can I find my order history?

If you're on mobile, head to your account by clicking on the menu icon on the top left hand corner of your screen. When the menu pops up, click on the Sign In icon (a body outline).
On desktop, click the My Account icon on the top right hand side of your screen. Once signed in, click on the My Account dropdown and navigate to Order History. Here you will then be given a summary of your latest orders, including the status. If your order was declined this will not be listed.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have an account and checked out as a guest, you will need to wait for your shipping email to track your order. When you place an order you will get a confirmation email first, and then you will get a shipping email when the item has been shipped and on it's way to you. There is a "tracking reference" link on the shipping email which you can use to track your order on the carrier's tracking site.

Are my personal details safe?

We take the protection of your personal information very seriously. You can look at our privacy policy for full information. We do not store credit card details and only require basic personal information necessary to deliver your order. If you're using a shared or public computer, it's best to log out of your account completely when you've finished shopping. You can do this by clicking the 'sign out' link next to your name at the top right of the screen.
